The Toledo Blades were the International Hockey League franchise of Toledo, Ohio from 1963 to 1970. The team name was changed to the Hornets in 1970, and to the Goaldiggers in 1974. The storied franchise left Toledo after the 1985–86 season for Kansas City, where they again became the Blades. The Blades were the Regular Season Champions in 1963–1964, with 86 points and were awarded the Fred A. Huber Trophy.

The Blades won the Turner Cup Championships in 1964 and 1967.

Washington Diplomats Custom Fitteds

The original Washington Diplomats first came into being when, in 1974, the North American Soccer League(NASL) granted a franchise to a Washington, D.C. based business group. The team played their home games atRFK Stadium except for 1976 when they played at W.T. Woodson High School in Northern Virginia. After a lackluster beginning to the franchise, the Diplomats qualified for the playoffs and increased average game attendance in each of their last three years of existence. Additionally, in their final year, the Diplomats were able to sign the future European Player of the Century Johan Cruyff. After the 1980 season the Diplomats folded when then owner, the Madison Square Garden Corp., had accumulated losses of $6 million and team president Steve Danzansky could not gather enough money to keep the team alive.

The cheerleaders for the original Diplomats were known as the Honeydips. The team also ran ad campaigns calling themselves "the Dips."

Toledo Mercurys Custom Fitted Cap

The Toledo Mercurys are a defunct International Hockey League franchise from Toledo, Ohio. The Toledo Franchise was the first IHL franchise to be granted outside of the Windsor-Detroit area, for the cost of $1000.00 to Virgil Gladeaux of Toledo. The Mercurys existed 15 seasons in total from 1947 to 1962 with some minor naming variations. Toledo was successful on the ice, being the first IHL team to win multiple Turner Cup championships, and the first to do so consecutively.

The Red Sox actually swapped ownership of their top farm club, the San Francisco Seals of the Pacific Coast League, for the Millers in 1957, enabling the Giants to move to San Francisco.

Toledo Goaldiggers Custom Fitted Cap

The Toledo Goaldiggers were an International Hockey League franchise that played in Toledo, Ohio from 1974 to 1986. Prior to the Goaldiggers, the city's hockey teams were the Toledo Hornets (1970–1974) and the Toledo Blades (1963–1970). When the Hornets moved to Lansing, Michigan to become the Lancers after the 1973-1974 season, the IHL rewarded Toledo the expansion Goaldiggers. After the 1985–1986 season, the Goaldiggers suspended operations, then following a sale to Russ and Diane Parker and a move to Kansas City, Missouri, resurfaced in 1990 as the Kansas City Blades.

The Goaldiggers won the Turner Cup Championship in 1975, 1978, 1982, and 1983.

One of the most famous Goaldiggers was Mike Eruzione, who played with the 1980 Miracle on Ice U.S. ice hockey team. Eruzione was a Goaldigger for the previous two seasons before joining the U.S. national team.

The Baltimore Plot was an alleged conspiracy in late February 1861 to assassinate President-elect Abraham Lincoln en route to his inauguration. Allan Pinkerton, founder of the Pinkerton National Detective Agency, played a key role by managing Lincoln's security throughout the journey. Though scholars debate whether or not the threat was real, clearly Lincoln and his advisors believed that there was a threat and took actions to ensure his safe passage through Baltimore, Maryland.

VF-33 Fighter Squadron ( Fighting-33 ) Custom Fitted

The first fighter squadron ("FitRon" in USN parlance) to be designated as Fighter Squadron 33 (VF-33) was originally established as VGS-16 on 6 August 1942 and then redesignated as VC-16 on 1 March 1943. VC-16 was redesignated VF-33 on 15 August 1943 and equipped with the Grumman F6F Hellcat making their combat debut in the Solomon Islands. VF-33 was the first US Navy unit to use the F6F in the Solomon Islands campaign, being joined soon after by VF-38 and VF-40.

VF-33 was land based at this time, supporting the island-hopping Pacific War campaign. By the end of 1943 VF-33 was credited with 60 Japanese aircraft shot down, and had produced three aces (five or more kills); Lt.Frank E. Schnieder with seven kills, Lt. C. K. Hildebrandt with five kills, and Lt.(jg) James J. Kinsella also with five kills, three on VF-33, two flying F4F-4s with VF-72. During the Second World War VF-33's patch was a black "Hellcat" leaping out of red flames on a white circle outlined in red; the motto "The Hellcats" was written in black script. After the war, VF-33 was disestablished on 19 November 1945.

Other duties include combat search and rescue (CSAR), security assistance, peacekeeping, humanitarian assistance, humanitarian demining, counter-proliferation, psychological operations, manhunts, and counter-drug operations; other components of the United States Special Operations Command or other U.S. government activities may also specialize in these secondary areas. Many of their operational techniques are classified, but some nonfiction works and doctrinal manuals are available.

92nd Infantry Division Custom Fitted (New Era)

The 92nd Infantry Division was a unit of the United States Army in World War I and World War II. Organized in October 1917 at Camp Funston, Kansas, the unit was formed with African American soldiers from all states. Before leaving for France in 1918, the buffalo was selected as the divisional insignia due to the Buffalo Soldiers nickname, given to African American cavalrymen by Native Americans in the 19th century. The "Buffalo Soldiers Division" nickname was inherited from the 367th Infantry, one of the first units of the division organized. This segregated unit was the only African American infantry division to see combat in Europe during WWII, as part of the 5th Army. It served in the Italian Campaign from 1944 to the war's end.

The Hilltoppers pitching staff had a combined era of 1.93 during the 71' season.

Home games were played at Fort Tryon Park.

Hoboken 1st ( B.A.L ) Custom Fitted Cap

The Hoboken 1st were a B.A.L ( Big Apple League ) team that played in the Boro Division.

They played their home games at Stevens Institute of Technology.

The 1st were the first League Champions sweeping the Flatbush Trollies. The New York based teams made it hard for 1st ever to repeat. No New york based team would trade players with the team and tried they best to stop them from signing the best players by out spending them. They however still managed to be competitive winning their division ( 68, 72, 76 )

White Sox { Pale Hose } Custom Fitted Cap

In 1900, the Western League changed its name to the American League. It was still officially a minor league, subject to the governing National Agreement and an underling of the National League. The NL actually gave permission to the AL to put a team in Chicago, provided he not use the city name in the team's branding. Comiskey moved his St. Paul club to the Near South Side and renamed it the White Stockings, grabbing a nickname that had once been used by the Chicago Cubs. The White Stockings won the 1900 American League pennant led by player-manager Dick Padden, the final WL/AL championship season as a minor league. After the season, the AL declined to renew its membership in the National Agreement and declared itself a major league.

Houston Apollos Custom Fitted Cap

The Houston Apollos joined the C.H.L. for the 1965/66 season having played the season before in Omaha. The Apollos played for 4 years before they suspended operations following the 1968/69 season. The Montreal Canadians, the Apollos parent team, were dissatisfied with their four year operation in Houston. Poor attendance, lack of good scheduling dates in Sam Houston Coliseum, and almost no available practice time in their own rink all contributed to Montreal moving their farm team operations to the American Hockey League.

Brooklyn Bridgrooms Custom Fitted Cap

The Los Angeles Dodgers were the Brooklyn Bridegrooms from 1888-1890, and then from 1896-1898. From 1891 to 1895, the team dropped the Bride part of their nickname, and played as the Brooklyn Grooms.

As the Bridegrooms, the franchise won two Pennants (one American Association, and one National League) and appeared in two playoffs. The franchise moved from the American Association to the National League beginning in the 1890 season.

The Peoria Prancers were an ice hockey team in the International Hockey League. They played in Peoria, Illinois, USA at the Carver Arena.

Baltimore Blades Custom Fitted Cap

The Baltimore Blades were created a week after the demise of the Stags and were operated by the league. The Blades played out of the Baltimore Civic Center, but attendance did not improve, and was not helped by the team finishing out the season with a 3-13-1 record. At season's end, the league contemplated moving the franchise to Seattle, but the move never materialized and the Blades folded outright. Players from the Michigan/Baltimore team, along with those of the defunct Chicago Cougars, were put into a dispersal draft to be claimed by other WHA teams.

The team's final record was 21-53-4, the second worst in the league that season and far out of a playoff spot. Veneruzzo was the leading scorer for the team with a 33-27-60 mark, nearly twice as much as anyone else save for Jean-Paul LeBlanc.

The Sugar Barons were a B.A.L ( Big Apple League ) team that played in the Brooklyn based G Division.

They played their home games at McCarren Park.

The Sugar Barons were owned by a collection of Williamsburg Bodega owners. What they lacked in funds they made up for in fans. They sold out every game even though they never finished better than third in the division.
